“L'aria condizionata era rumorosa ed inutilizzabile perché scorreva sulla moquette. La doccia si occludeva dopo due minuti e straripava sul pavimento. Mancava lo scopino pulisci water. Chiudendo a chiave la porta del bagno interno si restava bloccati per la maniglia semirotta!.Per tre volte (su sei) non ci hanno rifatto la stanza!!!.
La camera era una quadrupla davvero arrangiata e non ci hanno dato possibilità di cambio se non proponendo cifre folli. La qualità della prima colazione era davvero...

“Dinner was delicious! Bed was super comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful... even gave us a small jug of fresh milk for our room.
Suggestion: would have been nice if there were some board games/cards in the pub to pass our time. There was a dart board but tables were infront of it. But overall, lovely stay and would definately stay again! ”

“Struttura nella media, ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, parcheggio a pagamento,, ma visto i prezzi dei parcheggi pubblici direi ottimo, posizione molto buona in zona tranquilla ma a due minuti a piedi dal centro, colazione classica niente di eccezionale, ma sufficiente. Le camere ben pulite e con tutto ciò che serve, lo consiglierei”

"Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis "
"Struttura eccezionale. Camere molto belle ben dotate e pulite. Colazione molto fornita. Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura o convenzionato con essa. Si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria ma il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato. "
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
